Earth Medicine is an experiential offering incorporating the Earth’s healing energy + my intuitive abilities as a seer, healer, and space holder. Sessions may utilize individualized ritual, ceremony, movement practices, and/or somatic modalities.

Each session includes:
Initial meeting in an outdoor setting to connect and discuss what is happening in your life, your healing journey, the energy you are calling in (What are you honoring? Releasing? Grieving? etc.)
Journey work: After our initial meeting, I will journey for you to channel any messages, guidance, or wisdom coming through from guides, spirit messengers, allies, etc. This information will be recorded in a voice note and sent to you prior to your session.
An experiential and healing session in a natural, deeply restorative place (permitted spaces and places I have hiked to, explored, and felt a deep connection to including lakes, rivers, creeks, mountains, ancient fir and pine forests, etc.) to connect to the Earth and Self, to process, to be fully present. I will bring along my camera as one medium to mirror your Truth back to you.

When all felt lost, the Earth gave me back to myself.
Nature + therapy saved me.
I’ve learned we can hold gratitude in one hand and grief in the other. That full presence in Nature is holy, restorative, and healing. It’s in Her presence you can find rootedness and your own medicine (because you are medicine).
I mean it when I say that it would be an incredible honor to witness your healing & give you a mirror for seeing your truest essence.
This is big work you're doing therefore trust is essential. My background as a high school teacher working with vulnerable populations, as a birth doula and birth photographer, & as a Qoya teacher-in-training have given me experience in holding intuitive, sacred space for those I am working with.
